Elementi D1 Diffuser / Absorber 2"

Elementi D1 2" combines absorption and one-dimensional diffusion in an acoustic panel designed to improve clarity without making the room feel overly dead. Its linear front pattern helps disperse reflections in one direction, while the high-density mineral wool core reduces echo, reverberation, and distracting reflections inside the room.

It is an excellent choice for studios, music rooms, podcast rooms, home theaters, offices, restaurants, hotels, conference rooms, churches, gyms, and creative spaces where sound needs to feel clearer, more comfortable, and more natural.

The 2" version is ideal for first reflection points, side walls, rear walls, or areas with obvious echo. It is sold in boxes of 2 or 4 panels, depending on the selected option.

How to choose between 2", 4", deeper models, and Assor

Choose Elementi 2" if you want to control first reflections, flutter echo, and general reverberation on side walls, rear walls, offices, living rooms, small studios, or spaces where you want more clarity without adding too much depth.

Choose Elementi 4" if the room has more sound energy, more reverberation, or needs stronger acoustic control. It is a better option for music rooms, home theaters, studios, and spaces where the sound feels loud, bright, or difficult to control.

For more demanding low-mid and bass needs, consider deeper panels or a Bass Control solution. Additional depth helps when the problem is not only echo, but energy buildup, resonances, or lack of definition in lower frequencies.

Choose Elementi when you want absorption with surface diffusion and a more architectural visual presence. Choose Assor when your priority is more direct absorption, a quieter fabric look, or covering more surface area with a clean and efficient treatment.

Installation

Each panel includes 2 sawtooth hangers for wall mounting. For installation, use screws and anchors suitable for your wall type: drywall, concrete, brick, or another surface.

It can also be ceiling-mounted with the correct hardware for the panel weight and the ceiling or structural condition. We will soon add installation hardware options to make this type of mounting easier.

For best results, place the panels at first reflection points, side walls, rear walls, behind monitors or speakers, on the ceiling above the listening area, or in areas where you notice echo and excess reverberation.

Frequently asked questions

Does Elementi D1 2" block outside noise or neighbors?
No. Elementi is interior acoustic treatment. It helps reduce echo, reverberation, and reflections inside the space, but it is not designed to block outside noise, neighbors, or structural sound transmission.

What is the difference between D1, D2a, and D2b?
D1 has a linear pattern with diffusion mainly in one direction. D2a and D2b have two-dimensional patterns that help disperse reflections in more directions, with a different visual presence.

What is included in the box?
