Shipping

At Mazzieriad.com we take maximum care of the conditions in which your products arrive at your home. Therefore, all deliveries are made by professional couriers. This means that your product will arrive at your home even better than if you brought it yourself from the store.

Shipments are made Monday through Friday from 9am to 6pm (excluding holidays). Almost all orders ship the next business day. In case of orders with special colors you will receive an estimated shipping date.

If for any reason a shipment is delayed due to saturation of the own fleet, it will be scheduled for the next business day and you will receive a notification.

Mazzieriad.com reserves all rights to cancel orders or not deliver in a timely manner due to force majeure or due to certain procedures and business rules.

Returns & Exchanges

All orders are final upon delivery. However, if you detect any issue in your products, contact us at info@mazzieriad.com or at +52 (81) 1531-7545 with details of your problem as well as photographs and evidence of it. We will review your case within a maximum period of 7 days to offer you a solution according to the company's policies and procedures.

If your product has not been sent or delivered, please contact us via online chat, contact telephone numbers or by email via info@mazzieriad.com and we will cancel the order.

The refund is processed in 24 to 72 hours after the resolution of your case. Generally, you should see it reflected in your account statement in less than 24 hours, however the times between banks can vary significantly and are out of Mazzieriad.com's control once the refund instruction has started.
