Assor Broadband Absorber 2" is a fabric-covered acoustic panel designed to make rooms sound clearer, more controlled, and more comfortable to listen in. It helps reduce early reflections, flutter echo, and excess reverberation so voices, music, meetings, and playback feel more controlled without making the space visually complicated.

Each panel uses a high-density 96 kg/m3 mineral wool core behind an acoustically transparent fabric finish. The result is a clean broadband absorber for studios, podcast rooms, music rooms, home theaters, offices, conference rooms, restaurants, hospitality spaces, classrooms, and any interior where sound clarity matters.

How to choose Assor

Choose Assor 2" when you want strong everyday control of reflections, echo, and mid/high-frequency reverberation in a slim, fabric-covered panel. It is a great starting point for first reflection points, speech clarity, and general room comfort.

Choose Assor 4" when the room needs deeper control, more absorption per panel, or stronger treatment for low-mid buildup. The 4" version is better for louder rooms, music rooms, rear walls, corners, and spaces where thin panels are not enough.

Choose the 60 x 120 cm broadband panel when you want the most wall coverage per panel. Choose Control Columns for narrow wall areas, vertical layouts, or spaces between doors, windows, and furniture. Choose Control Cubes for modular layouts, smaller zones, and designs that need more flexibility.

Choose Assor when your priority is direct absorption and a clean textile look. Choose Elementi when you want absorption with a more architectural front pattern and a slightly more open, lively feel.

Installation

Assor panels are designed for simple wall installation. Each panel includes 2 sawtooth hangers. Use screws and anchors appropriate for your wall type.

Panels may also be suspended from the ceiling with the right hardware and installation method. Ceiling hardware options will be added soon.

FAQ

Does this block noise from outside or neighbors?
No. Assor panels improve the sound inside the room by reducing reflected energy, echo, and reverberation. They are acoustic treatment, not soundproofing or structural isolation.

Is 2" enough for my room?
For first reflections, voice clarity, offices, podcast rooms, and general echo control, 2" is usually the right starting point. For stronger low-mid control or more demanding music/listening rooms, move to 4" or deeper Assor panels.

Where should I place them?
Start with side-wall first reflection points, the wall behind speakers or monitors, the rear wall, and any area where the room sounds especially reflective. In offices or commercial spaces, distribute panels across large hard surfaces to reduce overall reverberation.

Can I mix Assor with Elementi?
Yes. Assor is excellent for direct absorption. Elementi adds a patterned front surface for a more architectural look and a less dry feel. Many rooms benefit from using both.

What is included?
The selected pack size includes the corresponding number of Assor panels. Each panel includes 2 sawtooth hangers. Screws, anchors, and ceiling hardware should be selected according to the installation surface.
